As a Shiftleader at Barouche, you are managing the daily operations of the restaurant - creating memorable customer experiences, and helping shape the future of a fast-growing food start-up.

What you'll do:

• Lead a team of students - keeping the vibes positive and ensuring a smooth workflow.

• Make sure every pita and bowl meets Barouche's high quality standards.

• Help customers with their orders and deliver an outstanding Barouche experience.

• Take charge of opening and/or closing shifts and keep everything running seamlessly.

• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, safety, and food quality.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented way.

• You are a born HOST

• Stress gives you a thrill, whilst you remain organised and structured

• You enjoy being around people have great communication skills
