En rejoignant l'équipe Product Development, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la coordination et la gestion de projets d'implémentation de nouveaux produits au sein du département Sterile Drugs & Plastics. Vous garantissez l'exécution des activités dans le respect des standards GMP et des exigences internes R&D.

En tant que Product Development Engineer, vous serez responsable de :

Pilotage et coordination de projets

• Superviser les projets en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Engineering, R&D, QA (validation, laboratoires).

• Élaborer, suivre et ajuster les plannings projets pour garantir le respect des échéances.

• Préparer et gérer la documentation projet : CCR, URS, FS, DS, RBLCM, Validation Plan, Manufacturing Plan.

• Organiser et coordonner l'ensemble des activités d'implémentation avec les parties prenantes internes.

• Assurer la formation liée aux activités : tests en production, release des études cliniques, process evaluation, stabilité.

• Fournir les éléments nécessaires à la constitution des dossiers d'enregistrement.

Communication & reporting

• Assurer une communication fluide et régulière sur l'avancement des projets auprès des équipes R&D.

• Suivre, analyser et communiquer l'état global des projets par rapport aux objectifs.

Gestion financière

• Contribuer à la préparation et au partage du budget pour les activités manufacturing.

• Garantir un suivi financier structuré : rebilling mensuel, revue budgétaire trimestrielle.

• Master ou diplôme d'ingénieur en Sciences ou équivalent.

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement en Engineering ou production pharmaceutique.

• Excellente maîtrise du français et très bonnes connaissances de l'anglais.

• Esprit orienté solutions, capacité d'analyse et sens critique développé.

• Très bonne connaissance des GMP.
