ppExperience in immigration law related to international employment in Belgium? /p pLooking for the ideal combination of a challenging and meaningful role and the flexibility to manage your own schedule? /p pWe are currently looking for a bfreelance Legal Expert /bto expand our bimmigration team /b! /p pCheck at /p h3Job Description: /h3 ul liProviding legal advice and support to companies and expats in international employment situations, with a focus on immigration and social security matters. /li liPrepare and submit immigration applications (e.g. single permits, work permits, professional cards, visas, family reunification, residence permits, permanent residence, nationality). /li liProject management of the immigration projects: coordinating closely with clients, expats, Be Welcome Consultants and government authorities, keeping expectations and timings aligned. /li liStaying up-to-date with legislative changes. /li /ul h3Skills Expertise: /h3 ul liMaster degree in Law (Belgium) /li liStrong knowledge and/or experience in Belgian immigration social security law. /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liExperience in immigration and social security /li liLanguage skills: Dutch – French – English (fluently speaking and writing) /li liTeam player: willing to collaborate closely and share knowledge /li liGood planning and administration skills /li liClient-focused, comfortable interacting with Senior mgt levels /li liProficient with Word / Excel /li li3-5 years working experience is a plus /li liExperience with expats/foreigners or having lived abroad yourself is a plus /li /ul h3Interested? /h3 pDon’t hesitate to send us your CV and motivation letter at /p pOr give us a call on +32 (Marc Van Hoof) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
