E-Commerce Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and hands-on E-commerce Manager to lead the commercial strategy and day-to-day execution of our online business. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on attitude, taking full ownership of driving sales growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring an outstanding online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e-commerce commercial strategy, aligned with overall business goals.
• Manage day-to-day site operations including product launches, promotions, and campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, making proactive adjustments to improve conversion and revenue.
• Own sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, operations, IT) to drive business results.
• Identify opportunities to optimize user experience and conversion through data-driven insights.
• Stay current with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to keep our digital channels competitive.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management (preferably with end-to-end responsibility).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce sales, forecasting, and commercial planning.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tactics (SEO, performance marketing, CRM, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to guide decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch & English.
