Field Service Technician

This role in summary

We're looking for skilled technicians with electro-mechanical expertise to join our on-the-road service team. Whether you're already experienced in household appliances or eager to learn, we'll provide specialized training to get you up to speed.

Your responsibilities will include

• Independently resolving malfunctions in our household appliances at customers' homes and at our dealers
• Ensuring high-quality service and maintaining the Beko Europe image
• Administering your service visits using a laptop and managing your own stock of parts and tools
• Reporting directly to the Field Supervisor and being supported by the Service back office

Minimum requirements

• Experience in a similar technical role (household appliance experience is a plus)
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Creativity, flexibility, and a strong service ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
• Great communication skills
• A valid Category B driver's license
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French
