System Analyst (M/V/X)

We are looking for a precise and passionate System Analyst who will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and improving our IT systems. Within the department responsible for military data, you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure that technological solutions align with the organization’s needs and contribute to our strategic objectives.

Job Description

• Analyze business needs in terms of data management and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Assess existing IT systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external development teams, architects, and stakeholders to design and implement systems.
• Perform system tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT).
• Prepare documentation, including process models, workflows, and system diagrams.
• Support end users by troubleshooting issues and providing training.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations.
• Act as a bridge between the business and the IT team.

Profile

• Holder of a master’s degree in an IT-oriented field.
• Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Team player with problem-solving abilities.
• Behavioral skills: teamwork, problem-solving, attention to detail, logical thinking, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Practical knowledge of French is a plus, facilitating interactions with French-speaking colleagues. Good understanding of English.
