Your role at a glance
As an Executive Assistant, you'll work closely with the senior Executive Assistants to ensure smooth operations and deliver top-notch administrative support to the Executives and their teams at the European Head Office and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow in the role.
Your Responsibilities
- Organizing meetings and events, including travel and hotel arrangements.
- Managing agendas, emails, phone calls, presentations, and expense reports.
- Supporting team projects, creating process improvements, and standardizing workflows.
- Preparing reports and coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ad hoc administrative support to the different teams.

Who Are You
- You are at an early stage of your career and motivated to further develop yourself in an Executive Assistant role within an international environment.
- A natural organizer with an eye for detail.
- You thrive on multitasking and can balance priorities effortlessly.
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Office Management, Languages, or similar.
- Ideally a first relevant experience (2–5 years) in a comparable role (Management Assistant, Junior Executive Assistant, Office Assistant/Manager), ideally in an international setting.
- Fluency in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
- Solid IT skills (Office 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
