Digital Operations lead

BioTalent has teamed up with a global Biopharmaceutical leader in their search for a Digital Operations Lead based at their facilities in Greater Brussels.

In this role, you'll own the vision and execution of digital operations across pilot manufacturing facilities. You'll be ensuring smooth, data-rich production of Drug Substance and Drug Product for clinical trials, whilst building scalable systems that pave the way for large-scale production.

You will be responsible for:

• Define and deliver the digital roadmap for Pilot Plant operations
• Lead end-to-end deployment of solutions like eBatch Records, MES, and process historians
• Collaborate with manufacturing and digital teams to create agile, efficient operations
• Identify opportunities for innovation, solve business challenges, and turn ideas into reality
• Act as the CMC Development voice in global digital manufacturing solutions

You will bring the following:

• A Master’s degree and 7+ years' experience in Digital, IT, or Tech, ideally including consulting or complex project leadership
• Business level proficiency in French and English language
• Previous experience working in a digital operations position within clinical manufacturing environment
