In the BiometrIQ platform, nutritional coaches can harness lifestyle and biomarker data from wearables, sensors, and lab analyses to design personalised journeys. This approach not only makes the process more efficient, but also significantly boosts individual motivation, ultimately leading to better and more sustainable results.

Overweight and obesity are growing challenges in our society, yet only a fraction of those affected find their way to professional support. BiometrIQ is changing that by partnering with health insurers, HR providers, and corporate wellbeing partners. We believe that personalised nutrition should be within everyone’s reach. We are building a future where professional nutritional coaching is more accessible, more precise, and more impactful empowering individuals to take control of their health.

Your Key Responsibilities

You'll be the operational engine behind key features we’re adding at an increasing pace to our software platform. You’ll ensure each one aligns with the long-term product vision you help shape, while maximizing alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in helping us evolve into an AI-first, scalable platform.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of roadmap features: write specs, align stakeholders, validate with users, and support testing and launch
• Coordinate across teams (engineering, commercial, support) to keep everyone in sync and features well-documented
• Ensure engineering capacity and product priorities stay aligned for smooth delivery cycles
• Work directly with our co-founder to help shape the product vision with delivery insights and user feedback
• Support the integration of AI agents and internal automation, improving user experience and internal productivity
• Help improve our internal systems and workflows (e.g. Odoo migration, Power BI dashboards, other tools)

What we are looking for

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Functional Analyst, or similar role in tech
• Strong at gathering requirements, writing clear specs, testing, and documenting
• Skilled communicator who aligns tech, commercial, and ops teams
• Experienced in Agile, Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog management
• Bonus: you’ve worked with AI products, ERP systems (e.g. Odoo), or in digital health/nutrition

• If the first conversation goes well, you’ll receive a small take-home assignment, with plenty of time to complete it.
• Finally, you’ll be invited for a closing interview with both founders, during which we’ll also work through the case you prepared.
