We are looking for a Junior Accountant who is eager to grow with us and play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a fast-paced, acquisition-driven business. As a Junior Accountant, you will work closely with the Senior Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations, integration of new acquisitions, and maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities.Key Responsibilities:Support month-end and year-end close processes across multiple subsidiariesAssist with posting journals, accruals, and prepaymentsReconcile bank statements and key balance sheet accountsHelp with the integration of new acquisitions into the group’s financial systems and processesProcess invoices, payments, and expense claimsMaintain accurate records for intercompany transactionsAssist with VAT returns Provide financial data to support decision-making and reportingSupport ad hoc projects and process improvements as the group continues to scaleRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.1–2 years of relevant accounting experienceGood understanding of accounting principles and bookkeepingProficient in Excel and comfortable working with accounting systemsExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work across different legal and cultural environments (Belgium and the Netherlands).Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to grow with a new and dynamic company.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Career development opportunities as the company expands.
