Inside Sales Representative


We are currently seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Representative to join our passionate PDC team in Nivelles (Belgium). This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in Sales and Business Development.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceeds monthly sales & revenue targets
  • New Business prospecting and sales via proactive ‘Hot and Cold calling’.
  • Tender monitoring and submitting
  • High daily activity based around set KPI’s (calls, activities, opportunities, quotes, orders)
  • Supporting a Fields Sales colleague in achieving cold visit with customers
  • Prompt contact with incoming leads, quoting over the phone
  • Calling existing customers for repeat orders, upsell and cross selling
  • Maintain consistent standards of customer contact
  • Dealing with customer concerns
  • Completion of all required CRM processes and activities not limited to opportunities, quotes, activities and tickets
  • Stay up to date with competition in the market
  • Maintain product knowledge and seek improvements
  • Sell product(s) in line with profit margin and pricing directives
  • Supporting other team members where required


About you:

There is more than one way to the perfect fit - here are some of the ideal things:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Two or three years of proven track record of doing cold prospecting via phone
  • Succesful candidates will be energetic and enthousiastic salespeople of high integrity and ambition.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets essential, including Gmail.
  • Experience working organized and disciplined with CRM system
  • Experience with public tender sales and/or sales to hospitals (in France) is a plus
  • You are fluent in French and English. Additional language is an asset.
  • You are a very good communicator, are self motivated, action oriented with a drive for results. You have a flexible approach
