Project Manager Business Central (Freelance)

We are looking for a freelance Project Manager Microsoft Dynamics to lead ERP implementation projects for our client. Your leadership, technical affinity, and stakeholder skills will determine your success and shape your personal journey.

Your job responsibilities:

• Draft, maintain and track detailed project plans
• Provide people management and guidance to diverse project teams
• Define and manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; implement corrective measures
• Proactively manage project issues to keep delivery on track
• Drive stakeholder management: align regularly with internal and external parties
• Report progress and escalate to the steering committee as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead change management activities to secure adoption and minimize disruption
• Prepare and present clear, actionable project reports

Your requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing digital/IT projects
• Proven track record with ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong ICT affinity; experience with Microsoft CRM is a plus
• Prior exposure to the construction sector is highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with common project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Engineering or equivalent through experience
• Certified or well-versed in modern project management methodologies (Prince2, Agile/Scrum, PMI)
• Excellent communicator, comfortable with both project teams and C-level executives
• Diplomatic, patient and trust-building personality
• Highly self-driven, proactive and solution-oriented
• Strong analytical skills and a natural team-builder
