Senior Windows Engineer

For our client in Brussels we are looking or a Senior Windows Engineer:

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the TrendMicro security suite, with a focus on host-based firewall management across multiple OS platforms.
• Manage and maintain SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) environments.
• Oversee Windows Remote Desktop Services infrastructure.
• Design, harden, and support Windows Server operating systems in secure and intranet environments.
• Provide third-level support for all related domains.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain complex PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

• Proven senior-level experience in Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, and TrendMicro or similar security tools.
• Deep understanding of host-based firewalls and general IT security principles.
• Experience in large enterprise environments (approx. 2000 servers, 5000 users).
• Advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities.
• Fluent in either French or Dutch and English, German is a plus

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills

• Experience with: MECM, SCOM, Splunk, PRTG, Linux, ADFS, Infoblox, Big-IP F5
