What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our senior team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact projects and shaping the future of work for our clients. Your responsibilities include:

• 🚀 Designing and leading change management trajectories
• 🧠 Facilitating strategic workshops and trainings
• ✍️ Crafting tailored communication and change strategies
• 🤝 Managing relationships with suppliers and strategic partners
• 💡 Contributing to methodology development and business innovation

What We’re Looking For

• A Master’s degree (preferably with ties to FM, HR, or Communications)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in change management and workplace consulting
• A natural leader and coach with a passion for guiding young talent
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English – this is a must-have
• An entrepreneurial spirit, evidence-based thinking, and a “go the extra mile” attitude
• A people-first mindset combined with strategic agility
