Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst – Expert (Banking Transactions)

Location: Montagne du Parc 3, 1000 Brussels

Duration: 01/09/2025 – 31/08/2026

Work Mode: 50% onsite / 50% homeworking

Mission Context:

Lead business analysis for banking transactions, bridging business needs and IT to deliver product and service improvements aligned with market trends and competition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Propose product/service improvements.
• Define business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the link between stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams.
• Define business scope, target operating model, and interfaces (Business & IT).

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good spoken communication.
• French: Strong spoken communication.
• English: Strong written & spoken communication.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Mandatory:
• 6+ years’ relevant experience.
• Expertise in banking transactions.
• Strong understanding of the Belgian banking industry (players, trends, etc.).
• Proven ability to explain complex business topics and their IT implications.
• Strong business analysis experience.
• Preferable:
• Knowledge of technical aspects of banking transactions.
