About the Role

We are looking for a
Business Analyst (Medior/Senior)
with strong
Product Owner skills
to join a digital transformation project. You will act as the bridge between end-users and the delivery team, ensuring business needs are translated into effective solutions.

What You'll Do

Gather and document business requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).

Analyze and optimize existing processes (workflows, automation opportunities).

Work closely with the Product Owner and Solution Architect on solution design.

Ensure quality through UAT, functional/integration testing, and end-user validation.

Coordinate implementation and manage change (training, workshops, stakeholder alignment).

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.

What We're Looking For

4–8 years' experience as
Business Analyst
(with Agile/PO exposure).

Strong in
requirements gathering, process mapping, and change management
.

Familiar with tools like
JIRA, Confluence, BPMN
.

Skilled in
UAT and testing coordination
.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management.

Bilingual: Dutch + French
(must-have).
