Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve
  reconciliation issues
  between operational and accounting systems.
• Lead and support the
  automation project
  for consolidation processes in alignment.
• Enhance the
  parametrization and analysis of accounting transactions
  for improved accuracy.
• Strengthen and monitor the framework for
  manual journal entries
  , defining a reduction and action plan.
• Support the
  implementation of the E-invoicing framework
  , ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Participate and provide expertise in requests from the
  Finance (Agile) Squad
  .
• Contribute to
  monthly and quarterly closings
  , identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Propose and drive
  efficiency initiatives
  to accelerate the closing process.

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in
  Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
  .

Experience:

• Minimum
  5 years of relevant experience
  in accounting or financial reporting.

Technical Skills

Mandatory:

• Strong accounting expertise.
• Proficiency in
  data management and analysis
  .

Business Skills

Mandatory:

• Solid understanding of
  accounting principles and financial workflows
  .
