Mandatory Skills / Competences:
- Proven experience in conversation design, UX writing, or chatbot content design.
- Strong portfolio of conversational work.
- Knowledge of conversation flow design, NLU basics (intents/entities), and human–AI interaction principles.
- Experience in testing and optimizing chatbot conversations using analytics and feedback.
- Proficiency with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Rasa Studio, Voiceflow, etc.) and content management platforms.
Nice-to-Have Skills / Preferences:
- Experience in large organizational change management.
- Ability to support and mentor junior profiles.
- Experience in developing and implementing best practices and design patterns across chatbot projects
