About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Functional Analyst – Finance & Reporting Systems
to join our
Accounting & Reporting Solutions
team within the
OFS Solutions
department.

As a key expert, you'll help bridge business and technology—ensuring our financial data, systems, and reports are accurate, reliable, and aligned with Group standards. You'll analyze data, drive system improvements, and collaborate across Finance, ALMT, and Risk teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve
  data quality issues
  across Accounting & Reporting tools (SAR, Solaar, ALMT systems).
• Translate
  business needs
  into clear functional specifications and ensure successful system implementation.
• Coordinate
  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  and validate end-to-end results.
• Support
  Finance and ALMT
  users with functional or data-related questions.
• Participate in
  Group-led Finance projects
  and assess local impacts.
• Lead
  change management
  and ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Contribute to
  Finance system evolutions
  , focusing on analytical accounting and reporting automation.

About You

Education:
Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent experience.

Experience:
8+ years in accounting, reporting, control, or consolidation (preferably in banking).

Technical Skills

• Strong: MS Office, SQL, Access

Business Knowledge

• Management & Financial Regulatory Reporting
• Understanding of accounting workflows
• Knowledge of Banking Accounting, IFRS, and ALMT Transfer Pricing (a plus)
