User Experience (UX) Researcher

We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our team!

You will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our products. You will reveal the user needs of our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

You will work in a project-based, cross-functional team. You will work to solve large-scale business problems, using your creative point of view and data from qualitative and quantitative research. You will contribute to product strategy by collaborating with the team to define problems in insightful ways, understanding needs, and innovating within technical constraints.

Backed up with qualitative and quantitative data, you will help us to:

• Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Perform competitor analysis and heuristic evaluations.
• Analyze user behavior through analytics tools.
• Provide reports and insights to the design and product team.
• Advocate for user needs in product development.

Is this you?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UX Researcher, Interaction Designer, or similar, with a focus on product design.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take ownership of your projects.
• Flexibility towards new situations and challenges.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.
• A passion for digital solutions.
• Great conceptual skills and the ability to communicate ideas with stakeholders
• Ability to be a UX advocate and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experienced working in multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams.
• Understanding of the technical implications of design decisions and able to work with others on implementation.
