B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Piping Project Manager in our energy engineering team.
As a Piping Project Manager at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
Your responsibilities :
As a Project Manager in Piping & Mechanical Assembly, you will report directly to the Department Manager and will be responsible for the successful execution of the projects under your supervision. You will ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with the allocated budget (man-hours), deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Analyzing technical specifications and project requirements
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
- Preparing cost estimates and commercial offers
- Presenting and defending proposals to clients
- Planning all phases of work until final commissioning
- Supervising worksites and managing all aspects: team coordination, budget tracking, procurement follow-up, etc.
- Ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and taking responsibility for the safety of yourself and your team
Your profile:
- You hold an Engineering degree.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within industrial sectors such as chemicals, petrochemicals, food processing, or pharmaceuticals
- You have a solid command of technical standards such as ASTM, DIN, PED, etc.
- You are customer-oriented and capable of building long-term trust-based relationships
- You have proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (basic) and English is considered an asset
- You are results-driven with a strong understanding of financial aspects of project management
