SALES MANAGER (M/W/D) - DATA-SALES (H/F)

In Brussels , we are currently looking for a Sales Manager Data/IA to join our team to d rive commercial growth for Data & AI across Europe, with a focus on Benelux, Germany, France and Switzerland. Build and execute a Data & AI commercial plan across targeted European countries. Develop, Prospect and open strategic accounts (Enterprise & Upper Mid-Market). Identify, qualify, and close complex Data & AI opportunities with Service Line support. Account Management & Expansion Develop trust-based relationships at C-suite, IT, and Data leadership levels. Map accounts and understand business challenges to drive long-term expansion. Sales Methodology & Execution Excellence Organize and run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with speed and clarity. Build commercial proposals with Data & AI Service Lines and Nearshore teams. Work closely with the Data & AI Service Lines to build relevant commercial offers. Align European teams to accelerate delivery and proposal execution. Share best practices to strengthen European sales performance. 4–10 years of B2B tech sales experience. ~ Required experience with a software vendor . ~ Proven success selling data platforms, cloud solutions, analytics, or AI services. ~ Strong knowledge of the Data & AI landscape: data platforms, cloud ecosystems, MLOps, LLMs, analytics, governance. Full command of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC is a must). Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles across multiple countries and stakeholders. Solid understanding of consulting delivery models (T&M, project, nearshore). Languages Fluent / native-level English (C1/C2) is mandatory. Additional European languages (Dutch, German, French) are a plus. Positive leadership and ability to bring teams together. Passion for Data, AI, and technology-driven transformation.
