In Brussels, we are looking for a monday.com Sales Specialist.


A crucial role: This position marks the rollout of a new key partner, monday.com, which enhances our global offering. As a Sales Specialist, you will be the strategic representative responsible for deploying this solution in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg, playing a key role in expanding our portfolio.


Solution Focus: monday.com – an all-in-one work management platform that enables teams to plan, track, and collaborate on their projects. It is a highly customizable tool adopted by companies worldwide to improve productivity and team alignment.


Strategic Responsibilities:

  • A pivotal role in deploying a new partner: You will drive the launch of monday.com by developing this partnership with our existing clients, leads provided by monday.com, as well as new clients that you will actively acquire in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg.
  • A close relationship with monday.com: You will be in regular contact with the vendor, participating in dedicated training sessions, conducting monthly check-ins, and acting as a key liaison between CBTW and monday.com.
  • Supporting all Business Managers in the BENELUX region: You will be the go-to expert for this solution for CBTW’s 3,000 employees, supporting them in implementing monday.com by providing expertise and guidance.
  • Strategic travel: You will maintain the relationship with the partner by traveling regularly to Tel Aviv, as well as to our European offices, particularly in Paris, to strengthen synergies.


Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent, with an interest in SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Regular mobility required, with frequent travel to Tel Aviv, Paris, and our European offices.
  • Strong autonomy, initiative, and long-term vision to support our growth.
  • Passion for innovation and digital transformation, with a genuine desire to be a key player in our expansion.
