Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will become part of the corporate team, where we support our consultants throughout their journey.

What is your role?

You will join a team of three people, all motivated by the same goal of meeting future colleagues and creating an exciting career path for them. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will:

• Analyze business needs,
• Determine a sourcing strategy and search for candidates, primarily through LinkedIn Recruiter, while building your network,
• Lead interviews to learn more about the candidates and represent CBTW,
• Present shortlisted candidates to Account Managers and select the best talents,
• Coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and candidates meet with hiring managers, and provide relevant feedback after each step,
• Prepare and present offers, as well as handling negotiations and contract signings,
• Participate in job fairs and other events, representing CBTW,
• Actively participate within the Talent Acquisition team by collaborating with your colleagues, contributing to team dynamics and participating in joint training sessions,
• Define a recruitment strategy,
• Work on internal projects and employer branding initiatives.

What is your profile?

You have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a specialization in Management, Human Resources or Psychology,
• You speak Dutch and English fluently, and ideally have a good level in French,
• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in the IT sector,
• Interest and curiosity in technology and innovation,
• Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset that allow you to interact with candidates in a natural and professional manner,
• Plenty of empathy and the ability to exude confidence to both candidates and colleagues,
• A proactive attitude: you take initiative, bring things together and take responsibility,
• A solution-oriented attitude and a real team player,
• In short: you describe yourself as goal-oriented and people-oriented!
