We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to strengthen our internal IT operations at our headquarters in Leuven. In this role, you’ll assist employees with day-to-day technical challenges, manage support tickets, and help identify opportunities for automation and optimization. You’ll play a key role in keeping our internal systems stable and efficient.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets through our internal ticketing system.
- Provide first-line technical assistance to colleagues.
- Spot opportunities to streamline processes and automate recurring tasks.
- Support onboarding and offboarding for new and departing team members.
- Work closely with the internal IT team to continuously refine and improve operations.
What you bring
- An IT-related education (e.g., a bachelor’s degree in applied computer science) or relevant experience in an IT support role.
- A genuine interest in technology and helping colleagues solve problems.
- A structured and proactive approach to managing tasks and follow-ups.
- Interest in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
- Experience with — or eagerness to learn — Microsoft technologies such as Azure, EntraID, IAM, SSO, or APIs.
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills.
