Who we're looking for
As HR Data & Applications Lead, you are responsible for ensuring data quality and application excellence across CFE’s HR ecosystem. You manage the lifecycle of our corporate HR applications and act as data steward for key HR data across 15 entities and multiple countries. You play a central role in aligning HR systems with business needs, supporting transformation, and enabling continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
HR applications & data governance:
- Manage the lifecycle of corporate HR applications (e.g. Dynamics 365 HR, HRCore, Cornerstone, Teamtailor, SDWorx Compass, Balencio, HR dashboards).
- Monitor and improve application performance (SLA, incidents, availability).
- Act as data steward for key HR master data, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Design and implement efficient HR data processes and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate with local HR teams, Group CHRO office, and IT in a federated structure.
- Support the ONE Company transformation through HR data harmonization.
- Balance group-wide standardization with local flexibility.
- Lead HR digital projects and act as HR project manager for new initiatives.
- Organize training sessions and create user documentation for HR teams.
- Manage application-related costs (licenses, maintenance, projects).
- Participate in contract and vendor management.
- Oversee updates, patches, and functional evolutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g. GDPR, labor law).
- Coordinate with support teams and external partners.
Key deliverables:
- HR application roadmap and backlog aligned with business needs.
- Functional specifications based on HR and business requirements.
- Prioritization and coordination of system enhancements.
- Data quality standards and governance model.
- Change management and communication for HR system implementations.
- Multilingual documentation and training materials.
- Clear decisions on group vs. entity-level data architecture.
Qualifications and skills
- You hold a degree in HR, IT, or management.
- You have proven experience in managing HR applications or HRIS projects.
- You understand HR processes (recruitment, training, talent management, etc.).
- You are pragmatic, collaborative, and comfortable navigating complex environments.
- You have strong project management and coordination skills.
- You are service-oriented, detail-focused, and able to simplify technical topics.
- You are familiar with GDPR and best practices in data protection.
- You enjoy working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary context.
- You are fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good command of English.
