YOUR ROLE AS A BUSINESS/FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

You’ll play a central role in bridging business needs with technological solutions for top-tier financial institutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analysing requirements: Understand, document, and challenge business and functional needs across departments.
• Facilitating workshops: Lead sessions with clients and stakeholders to capture user needs, business processes, and regulatory constraints.
• Designing solutions: Translate business requirements into actionable solutions, define data models, and oversee their integration.
• Testing and validation: Prepare test plans, coordinate UAT phases, and ensure the solutions meet expected outcomes.
• Supporting end-users: Provide training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
• Managing change: Act as a change ambassador, supporting adoption and communicating effectively across operational teams.

WHO YOU ARE

Your ideal profile:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Proficient in English, French or Dutch (trilingual is a major asset)
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving
• Proactive, autonomous, and a natural collaborator
• Experience in banking or insurance is a strong plus
