In Belgium, our 1,500 employees operate under brands such as Eurest, Medirest, Scolarest, Gourmet Invent, JM, Amalthea, and Tom Della’s. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liMaintain NIS2 compliance roadmap and control mapping (e.g. ISO 27001). /li liKeep audit-ready evidence (policies, procedures, metrics). /li liManage risks: asset scoping, threat scenarios, mitigation plans, KPIs. /li liDraft and update security policies, standards, and incident playbooks. /li liDefine incident workflows and run tabletop exercises. /li liOversee supplier and third-party security governance. /li liConduct audits and prepare management dashboards. /li liDeliver awareness sessions and coach teams to strengthen security maturity. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liExperience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001). /li liTechnical literacy in IAM, vulnerability management, logging/monitoring, backup/DR, Cloud/SaaS, and vendor risk. /li liAbility to turn regulatory requirements into actionable controls. /li liExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills. /li liProfessional fluency in English + Dutch or French. /li /ul pbNice-to-Have: /b M365 security stack experience, AD protection tools (Semperis), GDPR/DORA awareness, certifications like ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISM, CISA, or CISSP. /p pbReady to strengthen Compass Group’s security and make a real impact?
