Sales Executive - German Speaker


About Creo Medical Creo Medical is an innovative medical device company focused on the development and commercialisation of advanced energy platforms for minimally invasive surgical procedures. With an established and respected presence in gastroenterology and surgery, Creo Medical is expanding its footprint into urology and building a dedicated commercial focus in this field across Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.Position Summary We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Sales Manager – Urology to develop and lead our urology business across Belgium and GD Luxembourg. This is a unique opportunity to build a market almost from scratch, leveraging Creo Medical’s strong reputation and installed base in gastroenterology and surgery. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market entry, creating and executing a regional growth strategy, building strong clinical relationships, and establishing Creo Medical as a trusted partner in urology. Develop and execute a strategic business plan to establish and grow Creo Medical’s urology portfolio in the assigned region. Identify and prioritise key accounts, target hospitals, and private clinics. Drive new product adoption through structured account penetration plans. Build the pipeline from early evaluation to capital equipment and disposable sales. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve and exceed regional sales targets. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, tender processes, negotiations, and closing. Key Account & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with urologists, heads of department, operating theatre managers, procurement departments, and hospital management. Support clinical training and education initiatives. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and regional reimbursement landscapes. Provide structured feedback to marketing and leadership teams. Work closely with marketing, clinical support, and service teams. Represent Creo Medical at regional congresses and scientific meetings. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably in urology. Experience with capital equipment and disposable sales models is highly desirable. Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes in Belgium and Luxembourg. Fluent in Dutch and/or French; English required. German is a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field. A dynamic, growth-oriented international environment. Why Join Creo Medical?
