We are instruction to assist a prestigious international law firm to recruit a talented and driven Corporate & PE Lawyer to join their growing team in Antwerp, Belgium. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and PE matters, including M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and funds.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and finance documents.
• Work on high-value, cross-border transactions in collaboration with international teams.
• Provide strategic legal advice to multinational clients, financial institutions, and corporations.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian and EU legal frameworks.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Lawyer in Belgium with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law and finance.
• Experience gained at a reputable Belgian or international law firm.
• Strong academic background in Law.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and work under pressure.
• Commercially minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
