Your Role

As a Technical Drawing Leader at our client's state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Puurs, you will play a crucial role in overseeing technical documentation and drawing standards for complex production equipment and facilities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical drawings meet the highest quality standards in this highly regulated industry.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Leading and coordinating the technical drawing team, ensuring adherence to industry standards, GMP requirements, and client specifications
• Establishing and maintaining drawing standards, templates, and procedures for technical documentation across multiple projects
• Reviewing and approving technical drawings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Managing drawing revision processes and documentation control systems
• Collaborating with engineering, production, and validation teams to ensure drawings accurately represent equipment and facilities
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives for drawing processes and documentation management

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical drawing leadership, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and document management systems
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and technical documentation standards in regulated industries
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and projects
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Drawing, or related field
