ASIC Project Manager

Your Role

As an ASIC Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex semiconductor development projects from concept to production. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring projects meet technical requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Leading and coordinating the full lifecycle of ASIC development projects, from initial specification through design, verification, validation, and production release
  • Building and maintaining comprehensive project plans covering scope, milestones, risks, resources, and budget
  • Driving alignment across multidisciplinary teams including architecture, design, verification, physical implementation, test, quality, and supply chain
  • Identifying, tracking, and effectively mitigating technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Managing communication with internal stakeholders and external partners such as IP vendors, design houses, foundries, and test labs

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of the ASIC development flow (specification, RTL/analog design, verification, DFT, physical implementation, qualification)
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or hardware development with demonstrated project management experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and work effectively with remote or external partners
