Your impact
You’ll be the go-to person for our clients — the one who helps everything click.
From onboarding to day-to-day support, you’ll ensure our customers feel confident, heard, and well taken care of. Your job is all about building trust, understanding needs, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
What you’ll do
- Guide clients through platform usage and best practices, offering training and support where needed
- Configure and tailor our solutions to meet specific client requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, helpful guidance
- Build strong relationships and help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Tech teams to deliver a seamless experience
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Support, or a similar client-facing role
- Native Dutch speaker with solid French and English
- A proactive mindset and a knack for solving problems
- Friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping others succeed
- A background in psychology is a plus (not required)
