As part of the
Direct-to-Consumer Department
for the
Fragrance & Beauty Division
, you will collaborate with the
CRM Manager
and
CRM Specialist
. Your mission is to support initiatives that leverage client data to enhance engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Loyalty Program Support:
Assist in monitoring and analyzing loyalty program performance (enrollment, engagement, redemption rates).
Provide insights to optimize loyalty initiatives and strengthen client relationships.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs (open rates, conversion rates, engagement scores).
Analyze client behavior and propose actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Project Support: Participate in client engagement initiatives, events, and activations aligned with Direct-to-Consumer objectives.
Profile We're Looking For
Technical Skills:
Excellent command of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Proficient in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Core Competencies:
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
