Mechanical Project Managers with large project delivery experience will enjoy working for a leading Contractor in the delivery of a large programme of works in Belgium. Plan, organise, lead, coordinate and control all activities with construction of mechanical Project, taking major developments from cradle to grave. Job Description

• You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting-edge projects.
• Proven record delivering Mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
• Experience of managing combined Mechanical projects a distinct advantage.
• Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L.
• Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team

Skill and Requirements

• Relevant third level qualification desirable (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or similar) but not essential.
• Trade background for this role would be advantageous
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance requirements in the building services environment essential
• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience or substantial engineering support or project management experience in a team-based environment is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and presentation skills essential.
• The successful individual must possess strong leadership skills, proven ability to coach and mentor individuals in technical skills and people development areas, and should enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven team-based environment with flexibility essential.
• Excellent IT Skills essential
• Leadership, project management and engineering experience essential
