About the Role
Our client is looking for an
Azure Platform Support Engineer (junior–medior)
to join their growing Platform team.
You will be the first point of contact for reliability, operational excellence, and future evolution of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP). You’ll support development teams, implement new platform capabilities, and ensure stability and performance across the environment.
You act as the bridge between development teams, stakeholders, and platform operations, helping deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable applications while continuously improving platform standards.
Due to the business-critical nature of deployments, you will also participate in an
on-call rotation (2–3 days per month) .
Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize performance, availability, and scalability of the IDP
Proactively identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities with product & development teams
Deploy, configure, and maintain new platform services and features
Support DevOps teams in daily operations
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and propose structural improvements
Serve as a trusted point of contact for business stakeholders during application delivery
Safeguard platform principles and product standards
Your Profile
Minimum
2 years of Microsoft Azure experience
in a software delivery context
Experience with
CI/CD processes, deployment pipelines, and software lifecycle management
Hands-on knowledge of
Kubernetes
(deployments, maintenance, troubleshooting)
Broad technical curiosity and fast learner
Strong conceptual and analytical mindset
Proactive communicator and team player
Experience working in
small autonomous teams (±3 people)
Strong affinity with
development
(not a pure developer role)

Nice to Have
Azure Administrator Associate or other relevant Azure certifications
Affinity with the Java Spring stack
