What's our graduate program?

The Young Graduate Program at CCEP Belux is an exciting three-year journey designed to shape your career. Starting in September 2025, you'll experience annual rotations: two within your field of study and one in the other area, covering both Supply Chain and Commercial departments. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of our business, from production to strategic sales. We're committed to your growth with hands-on experience, formal training, and mentorship from a high-ranking Director Committee member. Engage in dynamic networking events to build valuable connections within the company. After completing the program, you'll smoothly transition into a permanent management role of your choice in either Supply Chain or Commercial. This program is not just about gaining experience; it's a fast track to a leadership role within our company

Are you the talent we are looking for?

• Language skills: You are fluent in French or Dutch with a strong proficiency in English.
• Education: Master's or bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Strategy, Economics, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Mindset: Eagerness to learn, commitment to continuous improvement, strong drive, and a collaborative approach.
• Passion: Strong interest in commercial or supply chain functions.
• Experience: Up to 18 months of professional experience.
• Other : You hold a Driver's License B
