Your Mission 💼

• Create a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with Compass Group’s business goals.
• Lead and inspire the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement technology solutions that improve business processes.
• Develop and manage the IT budget.
• Drive innovation to support growth and success.
• Stay up to date with latest technologies and best practices.

Skills & Experience 🛠️

• 10+ years of IT management experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, rigorous, and dynamic.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• IT knowledge: Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, O365, SQL, Firewalls, Network Architecture…
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
