Project Profitability & Out-of-Scope Management Analyse and monitor project profitability Identify all out-of-scope activities Defend the company's interests in financial negotiations Support Project Managers in claims preparation Ensure correct billing of extra work & Optimize ratio invoicable hours Subcontractor & Supplier Management Manage operational relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Defend the company's interests in negotiations. Claim billing for extra work and challenge partners Participate in partner evaluation and improvement. Maintenance Contract Profitability Collaborate with the Services Delivery Manager to improve accurate reporting Monitor the performance of maintenance contracts Identify all out-of-SLA activities, ensuring billing of all non-contracted activities Efficiency & Continuous Improvement Seek efficiency gains in processes, tools, and workflows. Implement structured operational improvements. Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies. Required experience Master of Science in Commercial/Business Engineering or IT/Telecom/ Electronic engineering, complemented by strong expertise in management/program/project Management and leadership > 10 years proven experience in project profitability management. - Knowledge of project delivery processes. - Understanding of financial aspects. - Customer communication.
