This role covers both back-end (Java/JEE) and front-end (Angular/JavaScript) development within a complex, multi-team enterprise environment.. Key Responsibilities Backend Development • Develop and maintain back-end web applications (Java / JEE) • Implement core business logic • Design and develop REST/SOAP APIs • Create and manage servers and databases • Design secure and scalable data storage solutions • Optimise applications for performance and scalability Frontend Development • Develop front-end architecture using Angular • Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic • Build responsive and cross-platform applications • Develop features to enhance user experience • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable front-end code General Responsibilities • Participate in the design and development of scalable software architectures • Maintain code quality, integrity, and organisation • Troubleshoot, test, and fix bugs • Analyse data, processes, and code for continuous improvement • Ensure solutions meet both technical and business requirements • Produce technical documentation and reports • Take technical lead responsibilities when required • Collaborate effectively in an international, multi-team environment Required Technical Skills • Excellent knowledge of Java (JEE) • Strong experience with Angular • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery • Solid understanding of HTTP, CSS, and API design • Experience with REST and/or SOAP APIs • Knowledge of security and data protection principles • Experience in enterprise-level, multi-team projects • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Nice to Have • JEE certification • Experience with Microservices architecture • Domain-Driven Design (DDD) • Business Process Management (BPM) • Enterprise Integration Patterns • API security best practices
