Technical Lead .NET M/F This is your mission Are you passionate about leading technical teams while staying close to architecture and code quality? Then this position is for you. As a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for guiding technical teams, ensuring high engineering standards, and driving robust .NET-based solutions. Build side: Perform technical analysis and contribute to solution design and architecture Design and develop back-end and front-end components using .NET Core, Blazor, and REST APIs Define and enforce technical standards and best practices Participate actively in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability Support teams in complex technical problem-solving Contribute to database design and data access using SQL Run side: Lead and manage technical teams on a day-to-day basis Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and alignment with technical objectives Mentor developers and support skill development within the team Coordinate technical activities with stakeholders and other teams Continuously improve development processes and engineering practices This is your background More than 10 years of experience in software development Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams Strong background in technical analysis and system design Hands-on experience with code reviews and quality assurance practices Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with technical involvement This is your career path Evolution toward senior technical leadership or engineering management roles Increased ownership of architecture and strategic technical decisions Opportunity to influence engineering culture and standards Long-term growth within complex and challenging technology environments This is your expertise: .NET Core (including recent and upcoming versions) Blazor for front-end development REST API design and integration SQL and relational database management Software architecture and technical analysis Code review methodologies and engineering best practices This is how you work as part of a team: Strong leadership and people-management skills Clear and effective communication Ability to take decisions and provide technical direction Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success High standards for quality and continuous improvement Language skills: French or Dutch: Proficient English: Proficient This is our commitment At Consort Group, you are an expert who we support so that every assignment becomes a step that counts.
