Process Operator

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a leading international player in the chemical manufacturing industry, for a Process Operator position based in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure the smooth, safe operation of production units
• Perform sampling, sample preparation, and analysis following validated methods
• Record analytical results and support product release
• Conduct regular inspection rounds and equipment checks
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety within the installation

Profile Sought:

• Degree or background in chemistry or experience as a Chemical Process Operator
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety, and quality
• Team-oriented yet able to work independently
• Flexible, mobile, and comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Willing to work in a continuous shift system
