Curana is a leading developer and manufacturer of high-end bike accessories, known for its strong focus on innovation, design, and sustainability. We operate in a B2B environment, collaborating with leading EU brands to deliver premium solutions to the cycling industry. Our products are sold in over 40 countries worldwide, and we take pride in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Following our recent acquisition by a Belgian private equity firm, Curana is entering an exciting new growth phase. We are expanding production at our Bruges site (Ardooie), with a strategic emphasis on new product development and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles. As Production Manager, you will be at the core of this transformation. The main objective is to achieve a minimum 30% increase in production output within two years. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in production environments and the hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset to drive change and make a tangible impact in a human-sized, agile organization. Lead and develop the production team Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide teams toward shared goals  Familiarity with production equipment and technologies  Experience with lean manufacturing or a strong willingness to learn  Data-driven decision-making  Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar production leadership role Fluent in Dutch and English Willing to step in and support the team when needed You’ll be part of a young, dedicated team that values initiative, collaboration, and results.
