ITAM, Sourcing, and Vendor Management Expert

Location : Antwerpen

Languages : English and French

Remote : 2 days at home / 3 days at the office

Responsibilities :

• Act as a key advisor to clients on the full IT supplier journey, from selection and onboarding to contract changes and offboarding.
• Manage and optimize relationships with external technology providers (software, infrastructure, services, integration, and more).
• Analyze IT and supplier data to identify opportunities and streamline performance.
• Support the drafting and negotiation of supplier agreements and amendments, working closely with legal and procurement teams.
• Coordinate RFI/RFP processes and vendor budgeting activities.
• Represent clients in high-level supplier meetings and contribute to long-term sourcing strategies.

Profile :

• Solid background in vendor or procurement management within the IT space.
• Experience working with tech suppliers in Belgium and internationally.
• Fluent English and strong written/verbal communication; French.
• Confident negotiating contracts and building business cases.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Comfortable advising senior executives and designing sourcing frameworks.
