Overview

A major organization in the public transportation sector is seeking a Program Manager to lead the transformation and productization efforts of its internal delivery teams, aligning with a newly defined Future Operating Model (FOM). This role is part of a broader strategic transformation initiative and requires a senior professional with deep experience in IT and organizational change.

Role Details

• Reporting Structure:
• Direct reporting to the head of a key delivery department focused on customer-facing solutions
• Functional collaboration with the central transformation office managing the broader FOM program
• Location: Central office in Brussels
• Work Setup: On-site presence required up to 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workstreams related to the Productization component of the FOM initiative
• Provide regular reporting and progress updates to senior leadership
• Engage and align with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-organizational support
• Drive transformation initiatives and ensure timely delivery of expected value
• Support change management processes within impacted teams
• Define and track key performance indicators, providing executive-level reporting on outcomes and milestones

Candidate Profile

• Over 20 years of experience in the IT sector
• Minimum of 7 years working as an Agile/SAFe transformation coach within software-driven environments
• Proven experience across the full IT project lifecycle, from development to program management
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline
• Prior experience in infrastructure, transport, or other public sector domains is a strong advantage
• Multilingual: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

Additional Requirements

• Availability to start no later than July 14, 2025
• Willingness to work predominantly on-site at the client’s premises in the Brussels area
