🚀 Contract Opportunity: Senior SAP CRM Specialist 📍 Anderlecht, Brussels (Hybrid) 📅 Start: 1 August | Duration: Until 31 December 2026 🗣️ Languages: Fluent English + C2-level Dutch or French 💼 Schedule: Onsite 1+ day/month

We’re looking for a Senior SAP CRM Specialist to help drive the evolution of the SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) across a dynamic B2B and B2C environment. This is a hands-on role combining functional leadership, technical problem-solving, and project delivery in a high-impact enterprise setting.

🔧 Key Focus Areas:

• Diagnose and resolve complex SAP CDC issues beyond standard L2 support
• Design and implement enhancements and integrations across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems
• Lead initiatives to introduce CDC into new CIAM frameworks (B2C & B2B)
• Contribute to strategic SAP CDC integrations with S/4HANA and Sales & Service Cloud
• Elevate support processes, governance, and documentation quality

✅ Ideal Profile:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with SAP CDC
• Strong expertise in User Management, CIAM , APIs, authorization models, and UI configuration
• Familiarity with SAP CPI , S/4HANA , CRM , Sales & Service Cloud
• Bonus points for experience with ServiceNow, Jira , Adobe integrations, or working in a railway context
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, governance, and risk awareness
