You use your knowledge and experience to transform our local as well as international clients’ Supply Chain into a source of competitive advantage. /ppIn your role, you will: /pulliSupport the client in determining their ambition, defining the right set of initiatives to execute, shaping the business case and improvement roadmap. /liliDesign future-proof supply chain capabilities and the supporting processes, organization, governance structure, technology landscape and data insights. /liliPerform qualitative quantitative assessment of supply chain cost and performance. /liliModel different supply chain (network) options and assess their impact. /liliHave quality discussions with clients, demonstrating creativity combined with expertise on end to end Supply Chain. /liliContribute to business development activities and internal initiatives, supporting the growth of our Supply Chain strategy practice. /liliDevelop innovative solutions, transformation methodologies and assets, develop "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals. /liliAs a Supply Chain Strategy consultant and people person, you are also keen to share your knowledge and insights with your colleagues and to share your passion. /liliWork on the most challenging business questions our clients are facing today, teaming up with unique and complementary capabilities within our Commercial Strategy, Technology, Analytics, Human Capital, Financial Advisory, Tax Regulatory Offerings. /li /ulpExamples of projects are: /pulliSegmentation and Market Offering Alignment. /liliSupply Chain Digitalization Technology Transformation Strategy. /liliSupply Chain Due Diligence and Post Merger Integration. /liliOperations Restructuring Turnaround. /li /ulpstrongLet’s Talk About You /strong /pulliPassionate about Supply Chain Strategy in a global context. /liliAn enthusiastic, positive, 'can do' attitude and entrepreneurial mindset. /liliInsightful thinker, confident with concepts, analysis and frameworks across the end to end supply chain. /liliDemonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving and judgement abilities. /liliAbility to plan, structure and prepare client ready-work. /liliStrong communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas to all levels of an organization, and effectively liaise with multi-disciplinary stakeholders. /liliAn exceptional track record in executing Supply Chain Strategy projects under multiple deadlines in a global context. /liliIndustry expertise in Life Science, Chemicals, Manufacturing or Consumer Products Retail industry is a plus. /liliA Master's degree in Engineering or Economics and 3-5 years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience. /liliFluent in English, any other European language is a strong asset. /liliYou are eager to work in an international environment, and willing to travel on an ad-hoc basis. /li /ulpstrongOur story /strong /ppstrongEnterprise Performance /strong is about achieving maximum impact and value from investments in finance, supply chain, and IT operations requires a holistic view of key business functions from strategy through process design and technology enablement. /ppDeloitte is a globally recognized professional services firm committed to making an impact that matters.
