We are looking to recruit a Standardization Lead for our Control Towers within Drinks and Automotive, based in Ghent.
The role will initially focus on building structure and standard ways of working in Ghent. Over time, the scope will expand to support standardization efforts across the continent.

About the role
The main objective is to move from local, partly unstructured ways of working to a clear, standardized, and scalable operating model. The role will ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and transparency across our Control Towers.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement standardized processes and \"Standard Work\" across Control Towers;
Create a structured operating model that can be replicated across other sites in Europe;
Drive quality consistency and performance improvements;
Identify root causes of deviations and implement corrective actions;
Lead change management and train teams to ensure adoption of new standards;
Coordinate stakeholders across functions and countries;
Long-Term Vision
This role will start in Ghent but is intended to become a continental standardization function supporting multiple Control Towers over time.
The ideal candidate is a structured problem-solver who combines attention to detail with a strong understanding of the bigger business picture and can drive alignment across teams.
About you
You have experience in process standardization, operations, or continuous improvement (Lean mindset is a plus);
You have strong project management skills;
Ability to lead in a matrix organization (without direct reporting lines);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
You are a clear and structured communicator;
You are hands-on, pragmatic and able to turn complexity into simple, scalable solutions;
You are flexible regarding working hours;
You have the relevant IT skills;
You are proficient in Dutch and English, written and spoken;
