As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will:

• Complete monthly payroll processing with precision

• Manage variable salary components

• Ensure compliance with Belgian social and tax legislation

• Act as the point of contact for complex payroll queries

• Liaise with HR, Finance, and external providers

• Support audits and internal controls

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of payroll experience

• In-depth knowledge of Belgian social legislation

• Experience with BLOX (SD Worx) or similar systems

• Fluent in Dutch & English

• Discreet, accurate, and communicative
