FUNCTION
- National and international prospecting (DACH countries), development and management of your customer portfolio.
- For collection, pre-treatment, reconditioning and recycling of industrial packaging (business-to-business).
- Identifying customer needs and developing the most sustainable total solution for the customer and DRUMDRUM in an intelligent and creative manner.
- Be an ambassador for the circular economy and contribute to the growth and success of DRUMDRUM.
PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- Good language skills (GERMAN, ENGLISH, optional DUTCH).
- Passion for sales and people.
- A true hunter who can also retain customers by building good relationships.
- Good listener and professional communicator with various stakeholders.
- Customer, solution, improvement and results-oriented.
- Entrepreneurial, persistent and willing to move forward together as a TEAM.
